The building, currently under construction, will have eight available units ranging from 3,557 square feet to 7,249 square feet. Each unit will have 16’ clear height, one 12’ x 14’ drive in door, LED lighting in the warehouse, a washroom, and ample parking.
“These units are smaller which are hard to find,” said Drew, Broker of Record and lead listing agent for the property. “With the space being new there are no issues of maintenance for tenants, the parking is great, and tenants will benefit from a quality landlord.”
The new building is in Ancaster Business Park, with nearby companies including Canada Post Depot, Balzac’s Coffee Roasters, Skedaddle Humane Wildlife Control, and FritoLay Canada. Occupancy is scheduled for September 2022. One of the business park’s most attractive features is the location.
“The majority of tenants have owners or senior managers living in the surrounding area and they do not have to locate closer to GTA,” Drew said. “It’s easy to access not only below escarpment but also from the surrounding countryside.”
The new building will have incredible exposure onto Wilson Street West, excellent access out to Highway 403, with connections to Southwestern Ontario, Niagara Region, and the Greater Toronto Area.
