over $40M – the largest single transaction from the Blair Blanchard Stapleton Limited Hamilton Office in
27 years of operation. Blair and Stapleton represented the Seller, with Ben Sykes, SIOR and Janse Rain of
Avison Young representing the Buyer.
The industrial building, which totals over 200,000 square feet on a 615.41’ x 625.13’ lot, is partially
tenanted with multiple dock level loading doors and drive-in doors, 22’ clear height, and excellent
parking.
The building is in an outstanding industrial neighbourhood in Stoney Creek, with access to the Queen
Elizabeth Way (QEW) via Fruitland Road and connections to the Niagara Region, Greater Toronto Area
(GTA), and Southwestern Ontario.
The transaction joins the Philpott Memorial assembly deals as a growing list of some of Blair Blanchard
Stapleton Limited’s most notable transactions. As of July 2022, the brokerage has completed over
$100M in sale transactions this year, which is already shaping up to be a record-breaking year.
